These Terms & Conditions apply to all mentorship, coaching, and transformational services provided by Nertila Dodi / The Dodi Sphere. By purchasing or participating in services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Scope of Services
Our sessions include mentorship, coaching, personal development, and transformational guidance. We may explore personal, professional, relationship, career, or business topics. These services are designed to support your growth and self-development, but they are not a substitute for professional mental-health or medical care. Nertila is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or mental health provider.

Mentorship Disclaimer
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, choices, and decisions during and after sessions. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. Results are personal and not guaranteed. Outcomes such as increased happiness, career progression, business success, or personal insight depend on your commitment and action. Any guidance or exercises are provided to support your goals and personal development, but they do not replace psychotherapy, counseling, substance abuse treatment, or other professional healthcare.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
Your personal information is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law, such as in cases of child or elder abuse or threats of harm to yourself or others. Information may also be disclosed if ordered by a court or legal authority. Using technology for sessions, including Zoom, email, phone, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Skype, carries inherent confidentiality risks, which you acknowledge and accept.

Session Format and Scheduling
Sessions take place via Zoom, phone, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or other agreed platforms. Session lengths are as booked and prepaid at the time of scheduling. Nertila may assign exercises or tasks between sessions to support your growth. Completion of these tasks is optional but encouraged.

Payment Terms
Payment is required before sessions. Prepaid sessions remain valid and are honored at the booked rate even if prices change. Payment can be made via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, credit or debit card, or other agreed methods. Payment confirmations are available upon request. Sessions will not be provided without prior payment.

Rescheduling and Cancellation
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule sessions. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, Nertila may reschedule sessions, providing reasonable notice.

Early Termination by Coach
Nertila may terminate sessions early in cases of inappropriate behavior, emergencies, conflicts of interest, illness, or other valid reasons. Any prepaid sessions not yet used will be refunded.

Responsibilities and Waiver
Nertila provides guidance and support to help you achieve your personal, professional, or business goals. You are fully responsible for the decisions and actions you take. By participating, you release and waive Nertila / The Dodi Sphere from any claims, suits, or damages arising from the use of services. No promises or guarantees exist beyond what is expressed in these Terms and Conditions.

Variation of Terms
Nertila reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, session structure, pricing, or refund policies at any time. Clients will receive at least seven days’ notice of significant changes. If you do not agree with revised terms, you may discontinue services by providing written notice.

Communication Between Sessions
Clients may contact Nertila via phone or email for clarification or administrative purposes. Completion of any exercises or “homework” assigned between sessions is optional but may support progress.
